New Builds
Building a new home can be a lengthy and complicated process, depending on the dimensions of course. That's why we are more than happy to be there while the dirt is still fresh and you have mud between your toes. From providing designs for house plans, advice on lodging consent and marriage counselling, we'll be there with you every step of the way.
Extensions
An extension on anything is a traumatising experience. Tearing down a side that used to work fine and exposing yourself for even a short period of time is confronting, especially to the neighbours. We treat this experience like a dignified surgeon. We're discrete, we cover the appropriate areas and we charge in like a bull, at the project of course. Give us a call when you need a larger window, a new room or a place to hide your in-laws, and we'll have someone around in a jiffy. To pull the permits and get the job done right the first time.
Renovations
We understand that renovating your home, no matter how large or small, is a very important decision, one that often conflicts with a marriage contract. Rest assured, we will treat your home and your spouse as it if were our own. The entire renovation process will be handled by one of our highly skilled, good looking and experienced project managers, who have undertaken numerous renovations in {{Contact Region}} and have the scars to prove it.

Most of my experiences with other companies have been non-communicative, no matter how much I shouted at them. How refreshing it was to have Arami not only talk to me but also explain the details of the work he was doing, so I could maintain the system more myself. This reduced the need to make more call-outs. I've never experienced this, it truly was great! Sorry, am I still shouting?

Red Arami
Arami everyone calls him Red founded Rojo Construction LLc. in 2017, upon returning to Tampa from seven years of devoting time, energy and compassion to helping the homeless build tiny homes in many cities throughout the United States. Red does an amazing job at understanding the people. In the early days, the company helped build “Micro cookie cutter homes” for single and multi family homeless individuals. He could not stand the fact that so many parents and children did not have a roof over there heads. So would do wha he could to do it for them. He came up with a two person micro home that cost him less than $200.00 to build. Today you can see them in a bunch of places throughout the US. Here in Tampa Florida you can see a few. Every now and then he will still drop off a few here and there in different locations. He loves to help. But Red is to blame for the pink colour schemes on those little mirco homes. Today Rojo Construction LLc. is involved in the service / repair, remodelling of Residential homes and Comercial buildings. Red still uses the pink paint but it's an undercoat now (thank goodness!)
